Well I'm not a total moron.
My foot injury from the last entry is so much better. So I really did just tweak something and despite a little pang every now and then only as a reminder, I am back to normal. I'm going back to the gym, at least bike next work week. I could go tomorrow but I see little point in going saturday and then taking my two days off as normal. That and it will give me more recovery time.
Sway is doing much better but isn't 100% just yet. Still seems to be in some discomfort/pain, but is eating and sleeping like a trooper. She returned to her house with the other two ratties yesterday. So far I don't think they've picked on her.
Switch is still on her antibiotics. I did hear symptoms yesterday but so far none tonight. So no sign for sure that they are working.
Then it never ends. My kitten, Galaxie seemingly got stung by something yesterday evening. At least that is our best guess. She loves to chase/kill bugs and the balcony was accessible to her. When my sis came back from getting her husband from work, she was acting lethargic and her second eyelid was showing on one eye. I was so worried. However this morning she looked and acted a bit better and from advice I got at work, if it was a sting it could take 48 to 72 hours before she recovers from it. So far she's halfway there compared to last night, hopefully I won't have to take her to the vet. I will if I have to, but I really just don't need that right now.
Time at work just tick-tocked away. One more day. Sunday I've got to work on Wicked. Last weekend when I took him out- a shock in the rear popped out of its slot on one end. I have to borrow a jack from my dad and get under there, compress the shock and reattach it. Not a big deal, but geez, what a pain in the ass. Race offered to fix it for me if I drove it to his place, but as nice as that is, I want to do it for myself. Again, it's not a big deal, but it will take some time. So ideally, I want to get up at the buttcrack of dawn and get it over with as soon a possible.
